Before your treatment you will be sent a brief medical questionnaire this will help focus you and me on the results you're hoping to achieve as well as enabling me to provide you with the right information. You will be invited to sit in the Indian Head Massage chair which will then be adjusted to you to ensure a fully supported posture enabling you to relax
Ideally an Indian Head Massage is performed without clothing on the upper half of the body. If you feel more comfortable remaining clothed - we can do it this way too, although the muscles may not have the same depth of treatment as they would skin to skin. Just let me know before your treatment. Once you are comfortable I will begin the massage.
